Our annual wellness retreat for women is quickly approaching. The date is October 28th-30th, 2011. Bring your girlfriends, sisters, or even your mom to the Blockade Runner Beach Resort in Wrightsville Beach, NC (www.blockade-runner.com). Room rates are $89/night for a 2 Queen bed room and comes with a full, hot breakfast buffet every morning.
The fee is $125/person for the entire weekend activities. This is called the "Full Escape" package. If you purchase this package, you will not have to pay any additional costs out of pocket for this retreat besides your hotel room. There is an option if you can't make the entire weekend escape. The Saturday option is $50/person only until 4pm. This also includes a full lunch buffet.
Our annual Fashion Show component is called "The Fashion Escape". This starts Saturday night at 8pm. The cost is $25/person- if you haven't purchased the "Full Escape". This includes the celebration party afterwards- to include an array of popular line dances with instructions!
Portions of the proceeds will go to benefit Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence Awareness.

Networking Social (food, fun, ice breakers, Kareoke, Live music, Vendors, Prizes, and Belly Dancing lessons)
Saturday- 0730-12 Midnight (A FULL DAY!!)
Health Screenings(provided by New hanover County Health Dept. and The University of North Carolina at Wilmington Dept. of Nursing), ZUMBA, Self Defense class, Survivor presentations on Domestic Violence and Breast Cancer Awareness, poetry performances, pampering, lunch included, Spiritual Escape and workshop with Evangelist Ericka D. Jackson (www.erickajackson.com), Fashion show, and Line Dancing with instructions.
